Our Statement on Recent Fraudulent Competitor Actions

FRAUD ALERT – It has come to our attention that individuals or companies may be misrepresenting themselves as authorized partners, representatives, or affiliates of Ultraflote, Inc. UFI, Inc. does not authorize any third party to speak, act, or negotiate on our behalf without written consent. Any use of our name, branding, past projects, or representations made without direct authorization is considered unauthorized and misleading.

There is a company claiming to be the old Ultraflote, LLC and/or have all their capabilities, products, and/or ability to replace our prior products in-kind. They’ve gone so far as to hire our past non-producing reps, and/or claim to have vast experience at Ultraflote, LLC. These individuals were employeed at Ultraflote, LLC for a very short period of time and were most likely the cause of Ultraflote, LLC closing their doors. It was their lack of vision, ability, responsibility, and manipulating of then ownership that lead to a forcible closure to one of the oldest and greatest companies in the Emissions Control industryAfter their deliberate implosion of the company, Ultraflote, LLC has sold all intellectual property and assets to Associated Construction and Engineering, Inc. to form Ultraflote, Inc. (a wholly owned Q-Subsidiary of ACE). In doing so, Associated Construction and Engineering has been able to revitalize Ultraflote, Inc to the once ever so popular status of being the most reliable manufacturer of aluminum internal floating roofs, domes and flat covers.

Please be aware that UFI has obtained a restraining order against said company and thus if witness others impersonating they are the older Ultraflote, LLC, and can provide you all our replacement parts, services, etc. be aware this is FALSE statement and we’d like to hear from you about those claims to assist us with our pursuit by their fraudulent claims. We take the integrity of our name and the trust of our customers very seriously. Misrepresentation will be pursued with appropriate legal action if necessary.
